Goal 3: Win enough money to buy a Xbox 360.

Turn my 2007 bankroll ($500) into 1G.

I have 12 straight days off of work so I should be able to put in some crazy hrs.

Goal three has been finished to, just ordered my 360, gears of war, and madden 07.

Drat. 0 for 1.

Guess I'll have to make some more realistic goals for the rest of the month. How about:

2. Have a great time in the Bahamas.
3. Play good poker while I'm here and hopefully cash in something.
4. A couple of days after I get home, refocus on NL cash games and make some good progress this month. I want to keep playing within my bankroll (well, my "online" bankroll, which is a fraction of my true bankroll) and keep building it up. I know where I want to be long term, but for now, I'm happy at 2/4 and 3/6 - I just want to win more at those levels.

First time I've set goals, but I want to become a bronzie on Stars. About 1150 to go, and I've been crushing the $1/2 FL O8 games thus far.

i forgot to post my goal for January, but it was to set a new monthly record because I've got the entire month off. I think my biggest previous month was about 19K including RB. I think i might be there already; i'll load up PT

I'm done for the month. The last two days have been some of the most horrible poker I've ever experienced. I lost a 4k pot HU with top 2 vs. bottom set, a 4k pot with a set vs a straight draw and a 4k pot with set over set (I really, really, really should've got away from that one). I feel pretty sick just looking at some of the HHs; I really have been playing very poorly the past week or so. I think I'm going to move down to 2/4 and 3/6 to start February in order to re-focus.

I achieved my best-month-ever goal, but remain pretty disappointed in the finish to the month.

Ive always wanted to do a prop bet and no1 ever does.
So if u want to do something for next month for like $500 or 1k or wutever i think it'd be fun.
we could do whoever makes most $, best winrate at a certain limit, play each other heads up, ill do pretty much anything.

edit: or anyone else that wants to do anykind of prop bet.

- Hands played
- Bankroll management? (this is pretty subjective, but basically whoever avoids playing 25/50nl will win this)

Any other categories? I'm actually more interested in ones like br management that discourage tilty/degenerate play.

As an update to my January goals, I lost half of my (remaining, since I lost last night too) month to date winnings tonight. Ugh.

I don't know if I'll play tomorrow or not. I maybe should take a little break.

all those hands were'nt drunk obviously or i'd be a serious alcoholic, but some were, and the others were mainly when too much was going on, like friends in my room and music and ppl playin games and i would try to play but finally realized i just coudlnt concentrate. now i only play when not alot is goin on.

and i loosened up my 6 max game mainly cuz i wasnt 8 or 12 tabling, i was only playin like 4 at a time and i can actually pay attention.

After last night's nonsense, I decided not to play tonight, so I'm done for the month.
