Seriously, as you all know, they didn't offer me a damn thing either. Well, last night I contacted live support and told them everyone else I know that has signed up with them received the $10 free promotion, but I did not. I told her we all signed up the same way (TP's affiliate link) but I didn't get the offer. She told me to hold on. After a couple minutes a thing popped up saying I received a $10 bonus. She told me the bonus has been added. I told her thanks, you rock! She said no problem, we want everyone to be happy here. Her name was Emma, top notch customer service. If you run into a moronic fag named Johnny though, tell him to fuck off, you want to talk anybody but his everlovin Elton John ass. Preferably Emma.

Just goes to show you - there's even variance when choosing a support staff! Some of the Noble/Titan people are great: friendly, fast, helpful, etc. Others... meh.

FYI: Payments for signups through yesterday (maybe today if you hurry) will be made TOMORROW.

All problems have been resolved except for two, which I am hoping will be tomorrow. Within 24 hours, you'll either have cash or a PM from me detailing what's going on.

Unfortunately, you are one of two people that they are insisting is linked to another affiliate. Did you maybe visit the site through someone else's ads and forget about it? Even if you didn't download it through them, I think their software MAY use cookies to track you to that affiliate if you went their first :(

I've been able to get all the other missing credits resolved, except for you and the one other person, who realized he did go to their site through another affiliate first.

There's not really anything I can do.

The good news is for everyone else - if you signed up and PM'd me your info, unless I told you otherwise, you'll be getting paid later today.

I downloaded titan from the link you had at the top of this page, i then signed up, then i asked you those questions on that PM, i even went and got myself a stars account again. I deposited, played some tourneys, then played about 100 cash table hands before frigging AA lost me half my deposit.

I am literally triple checking with them now. I don't really know what to say. I don't know how you signed up, what other poker (affiliate) sites you visit that may have tagged you wit ha cookie or something... All I know is what they are telling me. I'd be hapy to copy/paste it for you if you like, but they are saying you are definitely signed up under another affiliate. For the one other person that this happened, he eventually realized what must have happened, but I was able to get him an invite to the freeroll anyway. I'll try to do the same for you (at the least).

Three things, if it makes you feel any better...

1. TP has never cheated anyone - that I know of. I know for a fact that he's scammed Brian, but anyone would if they had the chance. :D Seriously - I wouldn't let it fester that he "got over" on you or anything. As an affiliate, he wants to keep you happy, so I'm sure he's just as pissed as you are.

2. When I signed up for rakeback at Ultimate Bet (w/ another affiliate) I had to make sure ALL of my cookies, temp files, etc. were cleared. This is to make sure that I didn't mistakenly visit the site before, which would trigger someone else's code. It's a little extreme, but sometimes "just clicking the link and installing" isn't going to trace to that affiliate. Sucks. (Rakeback, btw, is sweet!)

3. This isn't the first time that there's been a "deal" situation, and it's certainly not going to be the last.

Just don't go "crazy" on us. (Posting fake hand histories is getting there...)

If I were you, I would retrace your steps and figure out which affiliate you signed up under - and go ask for your partial payment... if he's offering it, and most are these days.

I cant retrace them, i downloaded the site and signed up 2 weeks ago, deposited when i could, then PMd TP. I had never even heard of Titan till TP went about this offer, so i downloaded it and then deposited a few days later. Any help ppl?

I had a somewhat similar situation when I downloaded NOBLE poker through TP's link... I was using NETSCAPE and I have thus attributed it to that.

I sent them an e-mail that basically said if they didn't put me under the correct affiliate then they could take their site and shove it up their arse.

I believe TP had it fixed the next day.

I don't think I was signed up under a different affiliate though....


Anyways, I'm going to take a shot at this free $50 offer too, starting right now.

For what it's worth - I had this fixed through their affiliate support, not because of Chip's email. No need to get rude with the normal support staff who have nothing to do with the affiliate program...

Essentially my 'theory' is that perhaps because eejit and I may have signed up through noble, the original site, through different affiliates, that is other than TP. That the noble/titan people are counting our original affiliates as the affiliates for the new titan offer. This could be way off, if someone can post that they signed up through an affiliate other than TP for noble, and then signed up for titan through TP without problems this would obviously be shot.

BTW I appreciate TP's efforts through all of this, he has tried to help me the best that he can I don't blame this on him in any way.
