LOL at Technologic 'Sup Bro'ing MSNL during his interview with Gordon. All the dweebs at 2p2 are creaming their pants.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 01:32 AM

holy crap i just got here... thought i was gonna be listening to a radio but its actually live TV, awesome stuff dude.

2Tone 08-11-06 01:36 AM

Works like a charm

As of 10:35 p.m. Wouldn't want to be an ESPN web producer right now. Awesome find. Thanks.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 01:56 AM

this is so sick

Talking Poker 08-11-06 01:57 AM

It's funny - I thought watching this wouldn't be that interesting, but it's pretty great. I guess when I first heard about it, I wasn't expecting the good commentary and though it would be like when you are railbirding live (which sucks). This is quite entertaining. I'm gonna stay up for a while...

left68wing 08-11-06 01:59 AM

Does AC stand to win Full Tilt's extra 10 mill? That'd be a sick payday.

johnp158 08-11-06 02:03 AM

Just chiming in with the redundant "This is freakin sweet."

Did Cunningham have a straight there? They thought so but I thought he said "I got a ten"

Boobie Lover 08-11-06 02:05 AM

I hope Jamie Gold wins, because all the donkeys will start to love that moronic limp/reraise.

johnp158 08-11-06 02:15 AM

I'm honestly torn between wanting Cunningham to win it vs. having another amateur champion. Every year that it looks like "anybody can win" is good for us. Although it doesn't really sound like there's anything close to a Moneymaker-type story going.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 02:18 AM

I don't think he qualified on Full Tilt (I remember hearing when their last qualifier was busted on Monday or so), so I don't think he's eligible. But don't worry, if he does win, I'm confident Full Tilt will take care of him quite nicely.

You know, on top of his $12 million payday, which would TRIPLE his already impressive $6 million in career tourney earnings.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 02:21 AM

Jamie Gold is the single biggest card rack I have ever, ever, ever, ever, ever seen.

Whoops... There's a T on the turn. I guess I tpyed a bit too soon. :o

Well, it's ABOUT TIME he gets sucked out on.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 02:21 AM

jamie gold is annoying i hope he loses.
i want cunningham to win - but maybe its better for poker if an unknown wins - but it probably doesnt matter.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 02:22 AM

Nah..... it would be just fine for poker for Cunningham to win. He'll make a good champion too - FAR better than Gold would, IMO.

2Tone 08-11-06 02:22 AM

Whoa, whoa, whoa

Jamie's crying!

johnp158 08-11-06 02:23 AM

Gold after getting sucked out on:

"How much better can I play?" as he shakes his head.

Give me a break. He seems to be playing well and not really making any mistakes. But come on. Does he not realize his good fortune in ALWAYS coming out with the best hand?

I'm definitely not just gonna call the guy a lucksack. He seems to be very solid, but he's gotta recognize the good fortune he's had.

Edit: Lol. Looks like everybody beat me to it.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 02:23 AM

BTW, how crazy do the fans/friend/family go in the background??? It's insane.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 02:24 AM

why arent any of these players really nervous?
i rarely get nervous but i have to imagine i would be playing for millions at a live televised table.

Tony Cheval 08-11-06 02:25 AM

That's my boy! Colorado represent!

Talking Poker 08-11-06 02:26 AM

You'd be surprised. After you are playing for a while (for me, it's a matter of minutes - 20 at the most), everything else just goes away and it just becomes poker. And CERTAINLY after nearly two WEEKS of playing, you get used to it. You'd be fine, I'm sure.

Man, this is gonna be a long night, huh?

ChipFish 08-11-06 02:28 AM

Probably because they have already locked up $3Million+.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 02:30 AM

i just decided i really hope cunningham wins. hes an awesome, nice, quite guy, but hes not as popular as all the guys he grew up with and played with like DN and dutch boyd and all them.

wow, they just predicted FT lasts 6 and a half hours more.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 02:34 AM

That sounds about right to me... I was thinking about a 8 or 9 AM ET end time.

BTW, Boyd is and never was associated with Cunningham/Negreanu/Juanda/Ivey/etc...

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 02:35 AM

ya im an idiot, couldnt think of who that group was. anyway, u get my point.

EDIT: i think i hate jamie gold.
