I ended up losing about 5k. I was back to even until I had 79dd on a 6d6xTd flop. I bet the flop and check-called a blank turn. River is an offsuit 8 and I check-call my straight. He had TT (sick), v happy with the way I played it.

honestly i think i have a big edge against elky. but yeah i'm going to take a little break. i have too much money online to play 2/4 and 3/6nl (i want to play low-variance stakes for a while), so i'm going to spend the next week cashing out before playing again.

pretty disappointed in myself to be playing these stakes, but i watched this guy for five minutes and couldn't resist.

also i was playing online scrabble against my mum at the same time, it was quite distracting.

So this apparently must be "take on ElkY" week here at Talking Poker. Step right up! Who's next? Boobie? TP? KURN? Anyone? :D

As you can see, I've been playing a lot this month. 70k hands might be doable, but the probability that I take my own life in the process will likely escalate if I take on this pace.


I also got 122nd in the Stars million for $1,370.16. So, all together, overall profit this month stands at $5,712.86.

Winnings at like 4,500 at the month including losses at Bodog (which didn't import) and winnings at tournaments.

I'm probably losing most of the prop bets.

i totally gave up a long time ago.
the one month i do props i have a losing month and dont play at all.

What happened around Hand #15,000? Or was that ?

Played some guy at 5/10 HU. He hit every draw, and pretty much every flop while I missed every flop and every draw.

after my -8k day earlier in the month, i've grinded my way to +4k now from playing 2/4 hu.
