Agreed

Tony Cheval 08-11-06 03:08 AM

Paul Wasicka is also the last player left who has pledged 1% of his winnings for cancer research or whatever charity it is.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 03:09 AM

im pretty sure i read something about cunningham doing alot for charity- he's prob doing more than 1%

jaeh00d 08-11-06 03:17 AM

he sure does

to the AHA and BCR

Tony Cheval 08-11-06 03:18 AM

Argh, Paul is playing like a chump now.

Boobie Lover 08-11-06 03:18 AM

Too bad he's also the worst player left.

johnp158 08-11-06 03:20 AM

He's making a good case for that distinction right now.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 03:22 AM

he plays 10/20nl 6 max and is apparently pretty bad? i dont know him tho so who knows.

Boobie Lover 08-11-06 03:29 AM

Anybody that open limps on the button as much as he does in a tournament is not very good.

Tony Cheval 08-11-06 03:32 AM

They make an interesting point about the affect of the blind structure (and incidently the amount of chips in play) on the play here compared to tournaments like the WPT.

johnp158 08-11-06 03:38 AM

AC turnin it up!

GTDawg 08-11-06 03:41 AM

AC is walking over these guys with CB after CB when these guys are limping under the gun and off the button...

wtf

Talking Poker 08-11-06 03:54 AM

You can say that again. This is a play I just don't get, and I prey on whenever I see it. The guy to my right during the Main Event was the weakest player at the table, and he gave me quite a few chips (after I got short) by limping on the button after it had been folded to him again and again. I just don't get it - especially with deep stacks like these guys have.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 03:56 AM

The WPT has a decent structure until the final table. Then they figure out the average stack, give him 40ish BBs, and then the blinds double with every increase. That way, they get al all in fest, which I guess makes for the best tv. I hate it.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 03:56 AM

I think I may go get some sleep... these guys will still be playing when I get up. :)

GTDawg 08-11-06 03:58 AM

The Mouth just made a bet with Espisito? (internet player something something) about the end of the tourney.

2:1 with the end of the tourney being 6am. Mike taking the over.

Tony Cheval 08-11-06 03:58 AM

Tp!

Wait man, don't you want some of Mike The Mouth's action on the over/under? :D

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 04:05 AM

for looking and being so clam, alan cunningham sure twitches alot when hes in a hand.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 04:07 AM

He twitched a lot when he's not in a hand too... He's twitchy. Don't read into it.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 04:09 AM

Nah... but I do want to play RoShamBo with Phil Gordon for $100. Seriously. I love that game.

Hey, my boy Robert Williamson III is on... He's as cool as they come.

Talking Poker 08-11-06 04:12 AM

Big hand. I'm tired.

AC bet, Gold raised, AC moved in..... good stuff. I think AC must have had a whopper there.

JDMcNugent7 08-11-06 04:13 AM

ill bet anyone that cunningham wins and hes in last place.

GTDawg 08-11-06 04:13 AM

Good job on that check in the dark, re-raise there, Chet.

GTDawg 08-11-06 04:14 AM

51 mil
13.5 mil
12.8 mil
12.1 mil

You can't lose that...

Talking Poker 08-11-06 04:15 AM

I'd take that bet if I didn't want him to win... I mean, he's got a lot of work head of him. He is without a doubt the best player at the table, but still...
