I wonder if this will affect your game when you are done. That could be an unexpected cost.

Also, you only need a 50% PFR, right? Not 70%? You said above you thought getting the 70% PFR would be the toughest... didn't know if you meant the 50% PFR or the 70% VPIP. I assume the former.

For Hand #2, that actually counts against your PFR number, because you only smooth called, right?

Two words: Soul read.

Just played a couple of big sessions for this prop bet. I was at -$140 and pretty much accepting defeat. Then i micro-coolered a couple of people and now sitting at exactly -$70.

That's not great news, but I have played 3,428 hands at a rate of 75.29 / 58.09. So I only need to run at 58.5 / 31.8 for the remaining hands.

I must say that forcing myself to play 75% of hands (avg 5.3 players per hand) is very tilting. You are constantly being min-raised and most people will not fold a pair against you ever. Some of my play has been very poor, especially when I have been 4-6 tabling.

Sidenote: over 3,400 hands, I am down over two buyins with AA and KK. I've run pretty well lifetime with big pairs, so I'm glad it's happening now (so long as it doesn't cost me this bet) :)

Technically I should be able to get a lot of action, and I want a lot of action, I was looking for a big challenge. I would guess the majority of online pros have never even done this. I haven't come close. If you think about it most people just have really big winning months, then some small losers. I haven't won 10k in a month in some time, let alone consecutive ones. And yes, as long as we are positive a site like tableratings.com is reliable, we could juse use that + some site that tracks tournaments, but I don't plan on playing hardly any.

I was also thinking we could lay 1:1 odds of me doing this in 6 months rather than 12, so it wouldn't be a year long bet.

Tablerating is ridic unreliable, so thats out. However if you did this on only stars, you could just request all your HH for the month every month and then forward the email to TP or someone to load into a database for verification (since you suck at computers and stuff :D )

IMO, you should work out the details and start later than 10/1. If you want a lot of action, you will want to give it some time.

I like the 6 month option too, although that's more than twice as easy, IMO.

I think 2:1 is way too favorable to you. Throw in some restrictions like can only play 50k hands a month then I'd be interested.

i wont do it for less than 2:1, I cannot win lately the games are just tough and I keep runnin like shit. I only have 20k online too, that'll make it alot tougher to start off with.

As for original prop bet, I just realised that I was looking at my PT3 incorrectly -- my "at least 5 players" filter doesn't filter the hands in "player summary", but does in other tabs (e.g. hands, positions, winnings). The result being I am actually further behind than I thought. Apparently I stacked a couple of people when it was 4-handed, but one or two players were sitting out :(

I just want this prop bet to be over before I go on holiday on Wednesday, so let's do it.
