I railed him ona cash table last night. I play the same way, he makes $3,000 in front of my eyes, i play 3/6, not that much below 5/10, and i make $100 in the same time. WTF?:confused: :confused:

wow - change the i think to DEF. - i got alot of poker in today cuz i was sick and home from school - but i def. killed my previous most profitable day today - all from cash games. Pretty amazing run.

ya, last night i tied my record for most $ won in a Month- in One night. Playin all 5/10 and 10/20 NL Stars tables, pretty nuts.

could be, probably just a coincidence but either way im not gonna start playin alot just cuz of one good day - gotta stick to the new priorities like u said. :)

It's really not... I just got back from a great vacation with the kids over in the panhandle (great weather, great beaches, great seafood and lots of Red Stripe). I'm happy for JD and anyone else here that does well... just hope they're smart with their money. I guess one of the benefits of being old is being responsible with my money. I could be irresponsible and dump a bunch of cash into my on-line accounts but that's just not me (although at least it would keep TP from giving me shit for playing at the $50NL tables). I'm happy to make my money away from the tables and have poker as a hobby. And, I'll always hope that this place spawns more and more JDs.

I don't give you shit! I simply pointed out that losing a $1400 pot to a 2 outer (for example) can sting a bit worse than losing a $14 pot to a 10 outer. Something like that, anyway. I don't remember exactly. :o

If you want to see something that stings I'll send you a copy of the tax return I have to submit on Monday. :p :D

I'd be willing to make a friendly wager that the check I wrote to Uncle Sam recently probably stung worse. Maybe not, as I withheld AND made estimated payments throughout last year, but my poker winnings kicked my freaking ass on my tax return this year. I guess that's a good problem to have, but still...
