How do I up load a picture on this site?

either use , upload it there, and copy and paste the link they give you into your post, and the pic will show.

or

Click on manage attachments under the submit reply button, and upload it there

Go with Option #2. A thumbnail will be made for you, and you won't have to worry about the link to your picture breaking.
