HEM Problems
 

I'm having 2 specific problems with HoldEm Manager

1. On FTP - the HUD and Table Manager start up and display properly, but after 7 or 8 hands on each table, the display stops updating.

2. On 'Stars, the auto import appears to be working, Table Manager shows the table, but the HUD does not display.

Any suggestions?

I was having the same issues you are having. What version are you running? I upgraded to the new beta version and everything was fixed.

Professional v. 1.08.04

I am running Professional 1.09 beta 30b.

Yeah, in my limited time using the product, I've learned that when things stop working properly, you need to go to their support forum and download and install the latest Beta. So far for me, this has solved my problems 100% of the time.

Until the next thing breaks on his POS software. I have had nothing but errors from this program.

Wish I had stuck with PT3 to be honest.

Really? I absolutely love it. I just wish there was some sort of auto-notification with each beta release, instead of me having to notice things breaking and going to look for it every time.

I love hem as well. Much better than pt3.
