Need some tips on how to help my novice tell.
 

So my novice tell is that I cannot hold my chips steady when betting with a big pair. I felt that if I could minimize my tell, I would be a much better player. It's a donk tell, but I don't play that bad.

Any tips or suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thanks

If that doesn't work, intentionally shake your hand the same when you are bluffing. Just ty to be consistent, no matter what you do.

Yeah I shake like Ali no matter what when I play. I'm a bitch.

Yeah, I'm glad my shaking isn't a tell. I do it no matter what when I'm in a pot at a casino. At home games, I never shake.

One of my friends does the same thing. It used to get really bad when he was making a big bet and wasn't sure if he had the best of it or not.

Stupidly...the self appointed table read king told him about it and now he does it at random ass times and has been able to make huge bluffs without shaking.

He said he doesn't try to lift his chips as much as he used to when putting them in the pot. He stacks them and then pushes them to the middle of the table. Limit the time your hands are in the air.

The more you play live, the less this will happen. My personal feeling is the more you focus on trying *not* to do something, the more unnatural your actions become.
