what do you use to find juicy tables?

I've only been playing at full tilt for a week, but I was wondering how you guys that are regulars there find good tables to sit at?

At party I have a large buddy list that I can do a big search on and I can search for 20 or so players at a time so it's pretty easy to find a good table (if there is one).

I open up a bunch of tables and let PT/PAHud run for a few minutes. That helps me find the bad players prerrt quickly, assuming I've got numbers on them. Do some datamining, if you haven't already.

Also, I write a LOT of notes (color coded, too) for players, so I can very quickly spot the fish (or good players) that I have history with as I'm opening each table.

OK, so I have tables open (they've been open for a while) and I'm getting hands added to PT, but there aren't tables showing in the PAHud window. Is there something else I need to do? Does it only work if I'm sitting at the table?

edit - Ok - I got it...

For anyone else who finds this thread having a similar problem, I assume you either didn't tell PAHud where your Full Tilt HH files live... yes? That, or you didn't have it pointing to your PT Observed Hands db as well as your regular db, assuming you datamine into a different db than the one with your stats.

It does look at the observed hands - the problem is that I haven't registered it yet. It does show me a single table after a bit, but only 1 table. I think I see how to use it find good tables though.

There is another product I'm evaluating for this as well. I had another thread on it asking if anyone else has used it, but it went nowhere. It's called SpadeEye and it does make table selection very easy. It rolls through all the tables for whatever limits you want and will automatically filter based on criteria. It has support for buddies that you can import from PT and shows you how many buddies are at each table. It can also be used for datamining purposes by automatically opening and closing tables. It seems pretty good for that, but there are a few minor bugs. They also removed the hud feature which I find annoying - how many products do you really want running to do all this?

Personal preference, I guess.

I like my software setup (which is the same one that 90%+ of people seem to use), but if you prefer something else - go for it.

But yeah, PAHud only gives you one table for free.
