So my wife decides to do the Rehoboth Beach Marathon a few weeks back. She hadn't been in full training mode since the Marine Corps Marathon, so she just wanted to finish. She did. In first.

Holy crap - that is really impressive. What was her time?

In related news, my wife ran her first marathon the weekend after Thanksgiving and broke her goal time of 3:30 by 8 seconds, I think. She qualified for Boston and intends to try to run it in 2012 (2011 snap-filled up before she had qualified).

She ran a SLOW 3:12. Not her best, but good enough for the win.

Let me see if I can dig up some pics! It was cold so they're not as good because I'm wearing sweats and stuff...oh you mean her....

And awesome run for your wife TP! Sub 3:30 is MOVING.
