Also, I've been thinking about this.... did you know the Neteller founders were lawyers? It occurs to me that maybe the DOJ really shouldn't have gone this route since this is sure to force a confrontation they (DOJ) have studiously been avoiding in all its cases. You know the defense of the 2 will include the wire act and what is and is not acceptable; can the DOJ keep the defense from going there? Will that not have to be considered when ruling this case; does it even matter at all?

It is a massive fishing expedition and an attempt to push the envelope of authority/jurisdiction and I hope these banks do decide to stonewall the DOJ's efforts.
