Poll: How do you spend your poker time

Which Best describes how you spend your time? (both Live and On-Line)

1. 100% ring games 0% tournaments
2. 25% ring games 75 % tournaments
3. 50 % ring games 50% tournaments
4. 25% ring games 75% tournaments
5. 0% ring games 100 % tournaments

p.s. I hope I did this right. This is my first shot at creating a poll.

CRAP! I messed it up and I don't know how to fix it!

Sorry, everyone. Thought I was smart enough to put it all together, but I put in one of the options wrong. I can't figure out how to alter the options themselves.

Is there a way to change or delete this????

Robbie Robb 04-14-07 05:46 PM

Okay, fixed it for ya!

Invigilator 04-14-07 05:48 PM

Thanks

you rock

I voted 100/0, but it's actually more like 99/1.

MAYHEM45 04-14-07 06:26 PM

Ditto. Although it should be 90% time wasted on 2p2/random internet sites, 9% cash games and 1% tourneys.

melioris 04-14-07 07:06 PM

yep

Talking Poker 04-14-07 11:01 PM

I voted 75 cash / 25 tourney, but I'm more like 95/5. I couldn't bring myself to say 0% for tourneys though after having made 2 WSOP Final Tables.

(Shameless plug, yes, but it's almost WSOP time and therefore almost time for me the start getting psyched)

redbank09 04-14-07 11:16 PM

ever thought about doing a BAP for a wsop event? or have u in the past?

Talking Poker 04-14-07 11:29 PM

I don't even know what a "BAP" is. Buy A Percentage?

If so, yes, I have. I sold shares of myself in the Main Event here last year.

redbank09 04-14-07 11:35 PM

buy a piece, and i remember u doing that now. will you do that again this year?

there is another forum i go to sometimes and BAP is a commonly used reference, i forget that not everyone knows that.

omahilo 04-15-07 03:28 AM

I voted for 75/25 even tho its more like 85/15...

I play alot more cash games because that is where you make all your money but I still love to play tournaments every now and again as well.

sjay2k 04-15-07 04:24 AM

65% four tables of cash games
20% three tables of cash games + one scrabble game
10% two tables of cash games + two scrabble games
5% three tables cash games + porn

bunny 04-15-07 01:38 PM

25% - Only time I play cash is when I am trying to clear a bonus. (Depending on how much rakeback I made through TP's offer, this percentage might soon change).

75% - As for tournaments, I prefer those to ring games. I play mostly private tournaments (nightly), turbo sngs and a few pvt forum freerolls.

Aequitas58 04-15-07 01:59 PM

Is this an hourly, or daily, breakdown?

Kurn 04-15-07 02:49 PM

Between 75/25 Cash/touney and 50/50 depending on my mood. If I were to measure, it would be more like 65 cash 35 tourney.

Ando05 04-15-07 04:50 PM

i would like to play mostly tourneys, but since they are on a specific time i spent my time playin cash games mostly, but i like tourneys a lot more

Invigilator 04-15-07 08:48 PM

new to cash

2 months ago it would have been 90% tournaments and 10% cash games. I have become a lot more comfortable with cash games and it has really improved my play.:twocents:

MAYHEM45 04-15-07 08:55 PM

Tournaments are fucking gay. That is all.

Talking Poker 04-15-07 08:57 PM

This coming from the guy who Final Tables Mansion's 100k tourney twice in on week, and had another FT that week, right? I think one of those scores was for over 10k, yes?

MAYHEM45 04-15-07 09:14 PM

Yes sir, but its also coming from a guy who spent almost $1800 in buyins on ten tourneys today and didn't cash in one. Rigged.

Talking Poker 04-15-07 11:07 PM

Donk.
