I've got the Extra Innings DirecTV package but I'm blacked out of the Cubs game because they're in San Fran tonight. I found this site and the quality is pretty damned good.

I may be using this for the NFL season instead of bucking up for the package.

downloaded the sopcast program, which one are u guys using?

Left hand side, there should be some programs. You gotta download one. Then on the sports page it tells you under what program the video will run, therefore you would need that specific program to run it.

I had a hard time at first as well. Read their FAQ, helped me a bundle.

I'm waiting for the NFL to start. Then I'm gonna download whichever program you guys tell me is the best.

So let's revive this thread in a couple of weeks!

Tried (I think)

attempted to download sopcast (to watch MLB). when I try it only really asks me to install the active x control. I dont get the regular download/install procedure I am used to. Dont know wtf I am doing wrong. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I still have channelsurfing.net to tide me over til I can figure it out.

dont know if it matters but try to do it outside of firefox if you were in it. you really need to get it downloaded if ur in to baseball, i have been able to watch a extra game or tow everynight. plus football should be ridiculous on it.

Just downloaded it for the cubs game it was easy as hell to get started up.

back when the braves were actually in the playoff hunt i used the hell out of this. gonna continue to use it for nfl

I forgot all about this for football. Did anyone use it this weekend? Which program do you recommend?

sopcast covers the most. its not the best picture in the world but it def works for games that ur local tv isnt covering.

Do any of the site work for macs.
