This game is sweet, but I suck at it. I can't figure out why the lines don't move forever and then all of a sudden move three times in 5 seconds. WTF?

juiCe[3x] 07-11-07 04:57 AM

I beat the game and didnt get highscore lol....I cleared all the bubbels and none where left, kinda funny.

omahilo 07-11-07 09:37 AM

I got bored and killed myself...

The game just keeps going and going...

juiCe[3x] 07-11-07 01:13 PM

Acually it doesnt. Everytime you clear a color it dissaperes of the screen and it doesn't pop up again. I got it down to two colors, light blue and yellow then they give you a 5 min clock to clear the board. I cleared it with 4 minutes left and ended the came with about 35k and they gave me a 40k bonus for clearing it all. Not good anough for 1st though lol...

Nikita 07-11-07 01:52 PM

There's a "countdown" on the left. Each time you miss, where you don't clear any bubbles, you lose a green dot. When all green dots are gone, the bubbles drop and the green dots reload minus one. And so on until you don't get any green dots and once the bubbles go down after that, you reload back to the start again.

I'm sure this is a confusing explanation, but I think once you play again, you will see what I'm talking about.

Talking Poker 07-11-07 02:24 PM

Well, don't I feel like an idiot now? Here, I was too busy "rushing," trying to beat the imaginary clock, to notice the countdown thing. So it's not timed at all - it's about choosing the best shots.

I like it even more now.

Talking Poker 07-11-07 03:44 PM

How do ya like me now?

Woot!

Invigilator 07-11-07 04:38 PM

WOW, that's a big help. Not that I am up there yet.

omahilo 07-11-07 06:15 PM

the sad thing is I could probably easily beat TPs score but I dont really feel like wasting a hour (or more) playing this game.

If I get some free time I might just go for it tho.

This game is the most addicting game ever!

Ugh....

But, my question is.... what is your strategy? and how many colours have you eliminated?

I can normally eliminate one colour fully, but then I die.....

Tips?

Talking Poker 11-29-07 11:54 PM

Keep playing and the wisdom will follow, Spuddy-son.

Congrats on post #500, btw.

Spuddy 11-30-07 03:17 PM

:(

But thanks for the congrats!

Your probably surprised a freeroll chaser is still here! ha....

Even though I barely even play or think about poker, I still enjoy the forum

Invigilator 11-30-07 04:13 PM

;)keep coming back, addiction will follow. ;)

Spuddy 12-11-07 10:22 AM

I would just like to add that this game is the biggest ripoff ever.....

I cleared all the bubbles with about 20 000 points, and got a score of 90 000. This game should be based on speed of completion, rather than just surviving the longest and getting most points.

Talking Poker 12-11-07 12:28 PM

I disagree. Doing it that way would add in a lot more luck, based on the kinds of boards you get. Doing it how it's currently done, you have to plan your shots better and decide when you want to eliminate a color and when you don't.

Spuddy 12-11-07 02:38 PM

Exactly my point, the object of the game is too complete the board. NOT to score as many points as possible. Accurate shooting, and shots well decided lead to the board being completed FASTER. Hence, the board being completed fastest should be the top score. I've played the game religiously, and I've never come across an "easy" board.

Talking Poker 12-11-07 03:13 PM

How in the world can the object of the game NOT be to score as many points as possible? Take a look at the high scores list and see what's at the top - Looks like the highest scores to me, but maybe I'm mitaken.

And the boards get RIDICULOUSLY easy when you are down to 2 and 3 colors. At that point, you need to be careful to NOT clear the board. Well, assuming you are trying for a high score, like everyone else, I mean.

Spuddy 12-11-07 05:10 PM

I think your getting defensive when your not understanding what I'm trying to say.

The object of the game SHOULD be to clear the board the FASTEST, and hence clearing the board FAST would result in a HIGH score

Talking Poker 12-11-07 05:35 PM

I understand.

But it's not.

lightfungus 12-13-07 04:47 AM

This is version number 4000 of this game. I remember playing this 6-7 years ago on macs...Snood anyone?

jdiana86 12-29-07 11:55 AM
