How much time do you spend a week trying to improve?

From watching cardrunners type videos to reveiwing your own or other people's play to doing poker "math".

I try to watch like 2 videos a day at least. I don't really work out math in hands THAT often. I spend probably like 1-2 hours each day discussion hand histories with other players, but I don't review my HH's nearly enough.

I should probably start reviewing and discussion like the top 5 most interesting hands of the session.

Also, my name is fildy, but you didn't allow for multiple votes.

I try to key hands from the day at the end of each day. I look for a sample of the ones that went well, the ones that went badly and the ones where I think I got lucky.

We're supposed to improve?

I do top and bottom 10 hands (gross) from each session, working out math and thought process for each, and I watch a couple of videos each month. Oh, and I drunk-lurk 2+2.

I choose 1-2 hours, and that's probably a good "average." There was no option for 1 minute or 59 minutes or anything in between, and that's probably better for me lately.

Actually, I think posting in the Hand Discussion section should count too, and if that's the case, I'd need to change my answer to a higher number.

Apparently not enough since after my best month in history (June) Im having my worst month in history
