FTP Hand History (Beta)
 

I guess I was selected to be a Beta tester for this new feature at FTP. I have had this option for at least a month on the "My Promotions" page accessed from the cashier's window, but i have completely ignored it.

This morning i played a session and FTP was really laggy (losing connection not style of play). It seemed every big hand that went to SD got disconnected for several seconds, which screwed up my recording of the HH for my database. At the end of the session my database numbers were way off because a lot of hands (57 it turns out) were not reported due to the disconnection issue.

So I tried this beta option and it is great. You can select HHs, there is a ton of options but i just choose all over the last 8 hours, and then within 30 minutes I got an email telling me it was available to download. The HHs were available to download as a simple text document and easily added to the my tracking program. The whole thing was really simple and i hope that FTP implements this program.

ok, that sounds pretty cool. I've also had some frustration with being disconnected during a hand and not getting the stats from it - also not knowing exactly how things turned out is annoying too.

That's good stuff... I've had the option for a month or so too, but haven't had a need to use it yet. Sounds nice.
