23 accounts using 117 user-names, cheating dating back to June 2003, $22 million paid back to cheater users, $1.5 million in fines, and yep - Russ Hamilton was behind it all and the main benefactor... 31 others are associated with him and the cheating accounts.

Findings have been turned over to various law enforcement agencies. I really, really hope Russ goes down for this.
