My attachament space is pretty full, if i go delete some pictures from posts will that clear it up?

You and everyone else now have TEN TIMES as much space to work with. That should hold you for a while.

That's not how bandwidth works. Bandwidth is based on USAGE, not disk space.

Yeah I just figured it everyone started uploading like 10mb worth of images each eventually it would crunch down on it from loading all of them.

If you put them all on one thread and hundreds of people view that thread and open all the thumbnails at the same time, maybe, but I'm not really worried about it. Attachments are few and far between on this site.
