UTG (covers me by $100 or so) bets $40, I call, CO calls, Button folds. ($232)

River: 9:h:

UTG bets $75, I shove for $254 total, CO folds, UTG thinks long and hard. and finally calls. :D :thumbsup: and shows 7:d: 6:d:

I assume your table image had been pretty tight? I'm trying to decide if the UTG had to make that call. I suspect with the nut straight, the answer is yes, even with the board paired.
