Another Poker IQ test...

Ok punks... take the test and post your (FIRST) results:

I got a 126, but I knew I played 2 or 3 hands poorly as I was playing them. I'm sure I'd score higher if I took it again. I won't go into specifics yet, so as to not spoil anything.

Stupid full ring though. Make this 6 max and my play would have been much better. :)

If you give them your email address, you'll get a little report sent to you. From mine:

IMO, why bluff when you run THAT good and your opponents are THAT bad? ABC, FTW!!!

Talking Poker 08-19-08 11:18 PM

BTW - This is a "fun" test. You actually get to play.

that 37 vs. aj hand is pretty fucking mind boggling. i'm not exactly sure when i was supposed to bluff. all the hands i played either i flopped top pair or the flop was 6+ ways.

Talking Poker 08-19-08 11:38 PM

I flopped more sets in that test than I have in the last... uh... 6 months?

lightfungus 08-19-08 11:43 PM

110 sadly...I donked off a couple of calls.

MAYHEM45 08-20-08 12:55 AM

With our powers combined...

Wes 08-20-08 10:54 PM

lol i got a 93 when i tried it drunk. all i would do is min bluff and then they would always fold because they never adjusted. my greatest weakness: bluffing. lol at this thing.

final stack: $1400

lightfungus 08-21-08 07:47 AM

lol.

Talking Poker 08-22-08 04:55 PM

It says the hands aren't random (obviously), so the financial results don't mean anything. Not that a 50 hand sample size or whatever it is would mean anything anyway, even if it were random.

Zybomb 08-22-08 07:12 PM

We should pick out interesting Hands and have discussion on them
