I was going to a concert on Friday night and stopped in at an old dive bar with great food before I headed to the Hard Rock. The place was wayyyy more packed than I had ever seen it. Finally, I realized they were playing some backgammon in the main dining room. I guess it was a league or something and he was playing in it. I could never mistake him for anyone else.

Yeah, that sounds like him. He was on a few episodes of PPT and a WSOP event I think.

Yeah, that's him. Interestingly, he's one of the best backgammon players in the world (according to Wiki). Also, he's the creator of "M-ratio" as discussed in HOH.
