FTP Down???

I was registered for a SNG and I think it went down. I'm obviously connecting to the net so I don't think it's my end. When this happens, I assume my entry fee is re-imbursed, right?

I can't connect right now.

I imagine they will reimburse you for your entry fee. But if not, email them and I'm sure they will fix it.
