WSOP 2009 - Structure

Some of the structures have been released for this year. It appears that the starting stack is now 3 times the buy in, with 60 minute levels.

I am not sure, but the structure looks solid to me...without skipping any of the early levels. Eg. Last level of a day one is at level 10 with blinds 200/400 a100.

This is from event 4 - the $1k buy in.

edit - probably wrong section...move?

That's good. Last year, they doubled the starting chips, but also doubled the blinds (at least on the majority of the levels). I know in the years I went deep, the structure was "ok" (assuming you chipped up in the first few levels), but there were a couple of much too large increased when the field was down in the 2-5 tables left range.

Every year, they seem to at least try to improve, so I'd expect the structure to be pretty decent this year.
