I suggest Ron Paul (R-TX) and Barney Frank (D-MA). Both would be open to the suggestion. Paul, being a conservative (libertarian type) might carry more weight.

Its interesting to note that his bio on the site leaves out one point.

In 1988 he was the Libertarian Party candidate for President of the United States. He left active participation in the LP because he disagreed with their stated non-position on abortion. While I may disagree with him on that one position, I respect his commitment to not only his priciples, but to the principles of individual liberty.

Were the GOP ever to get smart enough to run him for President, he'd have my vote.
