I've noticed some players have a tiny star on top of their picture avatar, those players are from .net instead of .com, right?

Am I allowed having a different account in .net? If not, why go to .net when you can go to .com? I don't quite understand why there are two of the same sites.

Because it's illegal in the US to promote online gambling sites. Thus, most poker rooms have the ".net" play money thing.

What I think is most funny is how Hachem didn't win his entry through Stars. They just paid him to sign with them afterwards!

bunny - I have no idea what you are talking about with the Stars on people's pictures (never seen one). But yes, the whole .net site is purely a loophole for advertising purposes.
