Tiger

5 months of zero competitive golf, followed by humiliation, being the brunt of jokes, and having to stand up and admit his squeaky-clean image was essentially a fraud.

Yesterday it was clear that he not only did not have his A game, he didn't even have his B game. he struggled to get a feel for the pace of the greens, and more than once, his swing mechanics looked all screwed up.

The result? Despite all that, he is in the next to last group on the final day of a major well within range of two golfers not known to be stone killers on Sunday. In short, he is in position to win.

Anybody doubt he's the greatest ever?

I'd love to see him win. As far as I'm concerned who he screws is nobody's business but his and those involved. If he was cheating at golf - absolutely - plaster that shit all over the front page of every sports section/front page around the world. But practicing his strokes? No need for the public to know (nor should they care).

I dont care about his personal life either, it's just like even if I tried to pick somebody else to root for it's not fun really. I wouldnt mind seiing Mick or Westwood win, but I can't not root for tiger

I think Mickelson must have sold his soul sometime yesterday afternoon. That guy is en fuego! Short of an errant golf ball KOing the guy, I can't see him losing. Choi is having a great final round too.

Mickelson almost killed me Saturday afternoon.

Lucked in to some tickets on Thursday. Made the 3 hour trek with my dad starting at 4:30am Saturday.

Set up shop with our chairs back left at 18, 2nd row. Probably 15 feet from the green, 25 feet from the pin.

I told my dad that if anyone overcooks their 2nd shot and short-sides themselves, the ball will end up in our laps. I was right.

Mickelson, Kim, Barnes all had to play from the area where we were sitting. Weren't more than 10 feet from all 3 shots.

A great!!!!! saturday at Augusta. The crowd from 5pm-7pm was unbelievable. You could hear everything when it happened. Then, when they posted the scores at each scoreboard, the rest of the coarse would roar.

That's awesome that you got to go GT. I've only been there for practice rounds, I'm sure the competition rounds are amazing.

Anyone catch the interview Peter Kostis did with Tiger right after his round yesterday? Man, all of the people that are working with him on P.R. / his "new" image must have been cringing.
