I have a good friend who used to live 2 doors down from me and would play in our monthly home game. He moved out to Park City, Utah to become the director of golf at a very high-end private club. I get occasional emails from him about how Michael Jordan stopped by to play 36 holes with him and that he's building a home there and joining the club and that they're taking a member's private plane to go play Pebble Beach or Troon North in Scottsdale, yada, yada, yada...

So, when I saw that Tiger Woods had surgery yesterday in Park City I sent him an email asking if he and Michael (Jordan) were holding Tiger's hand in the recovery room yesterday. Here's the response I got...

Yes he is here. Spent the night at Jordan’s house. Maybe here a couple of days, may head home to recover. Maybe cards tomorrow night with Phil Ivey, we have a guest in town Mike Pascal (casino host at Wynn) and his son Andy (President of Wynn) in for the game. I am a donkey. Hope your well!! Still snowing here, course close until mid may. Sad
