Negreanu vs. Dreamclown @ FCP

Since this is more entertaining than most things on TV, I figured I'd post it here.

Has anyone else railed any of these matches that Kid Poker is playing against this guy, Dreamclown, over at FCP?

They've gone heads up now 5 times I believe and DN is 115K to the richer. Apparently this Dreamclown guy is 23 years old and talks SMACK. In the earlier matches Negreanu was trying to help this guy by giving him pointers after each hand but the guy was just rebuffing them with a "I know more than you do" attitude so DN finally said "I'm done talkin' to him. I'll let my game speak for me" and the last matchup last night he didn't say a single word to the guy.

There's a LOT more recap over at the forums at FCP if you were inclined to find out more about it (but most of it is just hand histories or stack counts). But it's definitely entertaining to watch.

I watched these matches. From what I gather, Dreamclown is a group of 4 (?) young players that pool their bankroll. DN cleanup in the first four matches against the same member of the team, a brash and arrogant player. In the last match I saw a second member of the Dreamclown team played DN and won back most of their money. This kid was very nice and respectful, and according to DN, a much better player. It made me wonder if this was all part of the dreamclown plan. Others posted if the whole thing was a setup to attract attention to DN's FCP. But I do love the conspiracy theories.

The best part of the last HU match was when Dreamclown had connection issues. DN wrote something to the effect "connection issues?" and Dreamclown replied, seemingly without irony, "yeah, I am yelling at my mom to fix it". Kid buyins for $50,000 a match, but was still in his mom's basement. It was hilarious.

Anyone on the Ongame network can watch. Dreamclown usually has a HU $500-$1000 table every night. DN said he would be back at the end of January.
