Yes, and they are close

$1 a share. It's a lot more complicated than that of course, but in general, if you are under a $1 a share for 90 days, that is grounds for delisting.

I was watching some of the WPT last night, and I have to say that the over-the-top play-by-play analysis starts to wear on me.

I much more enjoy the subtle wit and analysis of Gabe Kaplan.
