Is anyone ever going to beat my high score? Come on people.

GTDawg 07-08-07 06:27 PM

What level do you start at?

I'm been trying to start at lvl 8 or higher, but it gets going too fast.

I always screw up a huge opportunity cause I can't get a piece under an overhang or move the 4 bar fast enough.

Talking Poker 07-08-07 06:37 PM

I feel like this is giving away a huge secret or something, but........... I start at Level 1.

I have trouble getting the straight piece to the edge fast enough when the pile gets high too. It's not very smooth and it's tough to figure out where to turn it.

But I don't have the overhang proble, because I don't create overhangs.

OK, I suppose I do, but rather than try to fill them in (depending), I usually attack them by clearing the lines above them. Give that a shot.

Benji 09-09-07 09:32 PM

Can you beat him in Tetris

This guy is insane !!!!!!!!!!!!!

bigd007x 09-09-07 09:45 PM

i cant believe what i just saw. i am

BlibbityBlabbity 09-09-07 10:39 PM

was he playing blind at the end? wtf?

Benji 09-09-07 11:04 PM

Yea!!!!!! :O

juiCe[3x] 09-09-07 11:46 PM

Wow.

Talking Poker 09-10-07 12:07 AM

That is ridiculous.

And I'm "good" at Tetris. Which reminds me, I haven't played it in the arcade in ages and someone actually beat my score.:talktothehand

Ando05 09-10-07 12:41 AM

"beat" is an understatement, more like he CRUSHED your score!!

Talking Poker 09-10-07 10:16 AM

Ha - just noticed the new score. Yeah, I call schenanigans. I don't think that's possible. Only a few of us can break 100k, and he's putting up 576k (after tiny scores initially)??? I don't think so. I'm gonna need to see a video to believe he did that without cheating somehow.

Talking Poker 09-10-07 10:17 AM

kmb - Care to post a of you playing Tetris please?

I call shenanigans on your score.

GTDawg 09-11-07 01:42 AM

Hah, I call BS. He figured out how to hack it. I wanna call BS on the 200k one too, but thats just cause I'm depressed I can't play that well.

Ando05 09-11-07 03:01 AM

the 200k i kinda got lucky getting a lot of 4 liners, but whats wrong with 200k thats pretty possible. but that 1.2mill, dam he must be good

Talking Poker 09-11-07 10:34 AM

Wait - he's up to 1.2 mil now? LOL - yeah, right. Obviously he figured out a way to cheat. I'll delete his scores.

Let's see if he cares to explain himself here first though.

And yeah, I'm also a little suspicious of Ando's score, since his previous attempts weren't ever even close to this.

I hate cheaters.

Ando05 09-12-07 03:37 AM

for some reason you think your like the best at tetris or something, but if u play it for a while you kind of seem to do better, if you played this game for like 30mins a day for a week I guarantee you you will beat your own high score, and since you were on the cruise the whole week you didn't catch up with my scores, because I did not just jump to 200k, but instead got there slowly.

Talking Poker 09-12-07 12:26 PM

I haven't played since I got that score two months ago or however long ago it was.

I certainly don't think I'm the best at Tetris, and yes, 200k is very doable. It just seemed a little shady, especially coming on the hells of kmb's obviously fake scores.

People are always encouraged to make videos when their scores are in doubt. ;)

bunny 10-07-07 02:24 PM

He hit over 1 million, how is that even possible?

There is no money to be won, why cheat?

(not condoning cheaters if money were at stake either, it's wrong either way)

Talking Poker 10-07-07 07:08 PM

Here is an example of what I was talking about in , bunny. I don't understand why you would feel the need to "hide" this.

bunny 10-07-07 07:20 PM

Easily explainable.

That was whited out in response to anyone that would question my ethics as to cheating as a whole. I responded in advance, see? :o

Talking Poker 10-08-07 12:20 AM

Yes, but only in secret...

bunny 10-08-07 01:19 PM

Yes. It needn't be shown to anyone else except those who would question me. If they had, that would have been the response to them and only them.

Silly yes, annoying ...shouldn't be.

Talking Poker 10-08-07 02:46 PM

OK, so how exactly were (only) those people who were "questioning you" supposed to know to highlight your post?

Meanwhile, the rest of us who weren't questioning you and highlighted your post anyway to see what you obviously had written in white wasted precious seconds of our lives.

bunny 10-08-07 03:41 PM

Sorry to say, but you are seriously making too much of such a silly thing.

As I have said, I will refrain from whiting out any future posts. May we please end this now?
