MTT strategy -- mid pairs / suited connectors/ Axs

Im going to break down my MTT strategy question into several little parts, in hopes of getting more responses

So -- preflop, how do you play mid pairs (we'll say 6,6 - 10,10) and mid suited connectors (67s - JQs) and Axs. (Assuming you are in MP for all instances here)

Early in the Tournament:

If first in: Limp, raise, fold
With a caller?
With a standard raise in front of you?

Do you play them differently in the middle stages of the tournament, and the late stages of the tournament?

Post flop -- if you flop a draw (either opened end, or flush) will you play it more aggressively in certain parts of the tournament then others?
