You know, I would LOVE it if Theismann got a job, say, announcing poker tournaments. He could be paired with Hellmuth or something. A typical conversation might go:

Joe: You know, I really thought Johnson pushing his 2-3 off-suit on the button there was a good play. A great one, even.
Phil: Actually, Joe, it was a horrible play. See, I've run into situations like that before, and I can tell you it's almost always a losing play. But see, I've actually played the game, been on the field, on the felt -- har har har, you know, so I guess you wouldn't understand.

Thank god, but please don't replace him with The Tuna or Emmitt Smith. I like Jaworski though.

Jaworski is really good... I've never really heard Emmitt or Parcells do live stuff, so I can't really comment on them. Parcells could be ok.
