TP Pre-WSOP Gathering - Friday night, 6/1/07
 

We did some planning in , but I figured it would be better to start a new one to specifically discuss our TP meet up. So... how does this sound:

When: Friday night - June 1st. How does 7:00 sound? I'm flexible, but would prefer to start sooner than later.

Where: The Irish Bar in the Rio. I forget the name of it, but this is at the very opposite end of the Rio from where the Amazon room is, but it's a cool bar with good food, drinks, waitresses, etc.

What: Beer. Duh. Food is optional, but I'm planning on eating. Afterwords, depending how liquored up we get, we can head down to the poker room for some cash game or sattys or something. Playing live together would be fun...

Who: I'm in. I think Mayhem and New Guy are in as well, but please confirm. herschelw/shabi/sjay - Can you guys make it? Is anyone else going to be in town?

Zy, Fungus, and 2Tone especially - you guys know you want to join us - Last year was a good time. Come on... book flights for a fun Vegas weekend!

sjay - yours is all set to be hand delivered. And I think the others already have them, even though Mayhem can't get his to fit on his freak-of-nature noggin.

I just wanna say that Im real bummed about missing this year.

By next year, Im assuming that the restaurant will be fully developed (hopefully with another person able to run the front besides me) and I'll be able to get some (much deserved) time off

Mayhem and I have tentative plans to have a pre TP pre-WSOP Gathering on Thursday night when I get off work. I hope I make it to work on Friday.

T-minus 20 hours till I touch down in vegas. Sooooo pumped.

I honestly could not care less one way or the other, but she asked. She's being all weird with this, "I love you and miss you and want to hang out with you" attitude. Anway, how bad would it be if the wifey showed up Friday night? Again, I do not care. Dudes only, fine. Wife too, fine.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind at all. I imagine a lot of our conversation will be poker related and she might be bored, but I'd like to meet her, so bring her along.
