small ball poker
most are advanced enough here to know all this, im putting this up for new players, this is how I play.
Funny that they consider that guy to be an "advanced player."
Sure he is. |
FWIW, in most low buy-in live tournaments and many online tournaments, "small-ball" is a losing strategy. It only works when the average stack size is deep relative to the blinds, like in the WSOP or other big buy-in events.
He seems to have advanced talking out of both sides of his mouth skills. I mean dude, what's up with your jaw? :D
Why is it scripted?
Im sure Raistlin ...and everyone else ... uses it for cash games?
Because "advanced" aspiring poker pros don't answer the questions correctly unless you tell them the answers you want them to give first....?
D.N.: So you have 76s on the button and it's folded around to you. What do you do? Other guy: All in baby!:D |
 |
I thought that Daniel's original discussion of small ball was as a tournament strategy, but I've been know to be wrong before.
it is which is way the phrase below confused me im guessing this was a attempt as humor and you were not being serious? If you were being serious all I can say is....wow this would be kinda crazy to play like this in a cash game. |
I hope he makes it as an 'aspiring poker pro' because i dont think he is going to have much of a career as an actor.
So what you are saying is learn how to get downs syndrome and I'll be a better player?
It could be... it might be... it is!! HOME RUN!!!
