Aparently Howard Lederer Thinks that Jimmy "gobboboy" Fricke is a freak and a weird dude. This is actually rather hilarious IMO.

I remember seeing that a while ago. Did Howard or anyone respond to gobboboy's email back?

I had not heard of this kid other than the Aussie Millions last year. Given the bad press he got after that event I am not suprised they said no. (granted staking him would probably be +EV)

What bad press did he get?

I think he was impressively arrogant in a few interviews. It may be something else though.

He made some commnets about how bad the play was throughout the tournament (comments made after the tournament), some took aoffence and there were some back and forths. There was a little article in All-In on it.

Certainly nothing regarding his play or his deportment at the final table.
