cashout problem
 

hey guys...wondering if I can get some help here?

I have been trying to cashout from stars for quite sometime now through checks, which, unfortunately, takes 15 business days (:eek:, i know).

I just had my THIRD unsuccessful cashout with stars and am not sure what to do. The reason I use a check is because I have no other way of withdawing (won my money off freeroll, haven't deposited).

So, here are my 2 questions:

1) What should I do with the money assuming they put it back in my account? Switch sites?

2) How do I get more casout options? Do I have to deposit through whatever I want to withdraw from?

you must make a deposit to withdraw from the site I think. a deposit using CC>>Epassporte should do the trick.

I am able to cashout using checks, but the reason a check hasn't arrived to me is because of postal problems. Maybe I'm just angry, but after 3 attempts at cashouts I don't understand why I can't get th check already!

And I will look more into depositing using cashiers check if it will speed up the process of cashing out.

Postal problems? What does that mean? Did you give them a fake address or something?

Pokerstars explained that they had nothing to do with the postal service and it was out of their control. I wrote the correct address.

They said to give the check 2-3 more business days so hopefully it will come by the end of thhis week. :(

Weird, all my checks arrive in a timely fashion from stars (usually 3-7 days). Maybe ask for a wire transfer. That's what I do and it comes exactly in 3 days everytime.

Do you cash out more than 1000$ at a time. I'm pretty sure that I read on their site that if you cashout more than 1000, than shipping is 3-7 days, but other wise its 12-15 or whatever.

(FWIW I have tried cashing out a little more than 1000 to see if they speed up the cashout process but alas it still takes 15 days for me.)

It is normaly about 5 days for me.
