Do I understand these reload bonuses correctly, that you can basically cashout, then reload immediately, and clear the bonus? If so, is that what everyone does, and do you do it every month (or every reload bonus). Why does this sound too good to be true?

Empire does their reload bonii (is that a word?) at the beginning of each month while Party does it at the end. Two great tastes, that taste great together!

The reason they do this is to get you playing at their site. They make more off of your rake than they are paying you for a bonus. Well, that's not entirely true, but if you stick around afterwards, they certainly do... plus it gets more people on their site and so on and so forth. It's good business.
