There is a good chance that Stars will be having a double VPP promotion in May. Last year that went on for 11 days.

So.... I feel like I hsould take advantage of free money, but with epassporte unavailable, I don't even know how to deposit any more.

I just use my ATM/Check card. It's never failed me.
