FTP problems
 

everytime I DL the new update today, it just goes away afterwards, then I try to click the icon, and it says I have to DL update again and FTP never actually comes up. Done it 3 times now, dn what to do.

Just tried myself and got a "Could not download upgrade, please try again later" message.

Ya i uninstalled it and tried to download it fresh and that won't work either, and it says it's going to take 45 min., then it just stops after like 5.

Now I'm getting something that says "error decompressing archive" and it aborts the download. Funny, I don't see much complaining on 2+2 so not sure wtf is up.

I finally squeezed out an update, lol.

I have this problem frequently. When the update message pops up I cancel - make a copy of the fulltiltpoker.exe file (so when it gets fucked I can still recover without a full reinstall) - then I re-launch fulltilt and run the update. I cross my fingers and hope it works, I may have to run it a bunch of times, but eventually it'll download and install correctly.

Randomly my cards or the board cards will now disappear mid-hand. It sucks when you're playing PLO and you can't see the river card. Emailed a screenshot to FTP support but no help

This was happening to me before this update. Well, it happened one time anyway.

Mine still won't work on my mac. it keeps saying Mounting failed just trying to install it now.

I finally got it to work as soon as I DL'ed 3 at once for some reason

I think the problem is that their d/l server is too overloaded at times and you wind up with a lot of errors in the d/l. All you can do is keep d/l'ing it until you get a good one.

I was having problems with their updates for a couple of months, until I finally realized what my issue was: Their updater was being killed my be anti-spyware program. I whitelisted it (or so I thought), but sure enough, it happened again this week. I killed the spybot and the update ran fine.

As for the cards disappearing thing, that is fucked up. Are you using table mods or is that with the standard FTP deck? Have you determined if it's the same card not showing up, or is it random?

like 5% of the time the bet amounts dont show up for me, and i dont use any mods. so i have to look at the chips and kinda guess how much they bet lol
