9:00 Pot limit Omaha Hi/Lo re-buy game
 

Geoff, if your around let me know what you think. I tend to avoid hold em re-buy games as the play is terrible in the first hour, but I may give this a try.

This is at PokerStars and is 11+1 by the way.

10 mins till and only 40 playes signed up, may pass on this one.

I hate re-buys. I wouldn't play in it.

O8 players are weak for the most part, a re-buy allows them a chance to suck out on you and make you re-buy, or them getting another chance if they get knocked out.

I skipped it, only 90 players and they just finished the first hour with 181 rebuys, actually a little less than it would have been if it were a hold em game. I was watching a bit and I wish I would have played only because one of the best tournament players on the site is in the game and crushing (as usual) the first hour. Would have been fun to play against him, but probably a losing experience, which I wouldn't mind if I was sure to be at his table, I'm weird like that.

Limit Hi/Lo rebuy game at 1:30, I will definatly be in that one.

Playing and just not getting any hands at all, period. Blinds are 200/400 and I have 4660 in chips. Something better happen soon. I have played alot of SNG Omaha Hi/lo and been able to just wait it out, it's a little different in a MTT.

80 left, 18 get paid and I just took a huge hit flopping three 10's and betting it the whole way into a guys made full house, pretty stupid actually, thought he was chasing the low.

On life support as we speak, T2520 blinds at 300/600 :(

Just lost another bunch when my A2 fell through. I'll be out in the next blind now.

I always hate getting dealt A2 because it never holds up for me even with counterfeit protection.

Anyway, I may be on Absolute playing some 1/2 6 handed later if you ever play that site.

I actually like rebuy events, though I've never played an O/8 rebuy. Why do I like rebuys? Getting AA, KK or AKs once in the rebuy period often allows you to triple up, so for 3x the initial buy-in (buy-in + immediate rebuy + add-on) you can play relatively tight and smart and come out of the 1st break with 60-100 BB in your stack, thus allowing you to pick your spots in the middle stages and *not* have to gamble so much.
