2005 US Poker Championship - Trump Taj Mahal
 

Although the sattys have already begun, the 2005 US Poker Championship will be at the Taj from 9/19-10/7.

Would anyone else consider playing these events? I think I might try out a few satellites or maybe even (eek!) buy into one of the events. Things are looking strong that I'll have a job by then - so it might be w/in my grasp.

Anyone else from TP land considering the upcoming Taj events?

I am going to be back in NYC late august (I leave columbus for good toward the end of august) and me and a friend have already discussed going down for some of the tournament. I definately plan on playing in some of the side events (300 is not bad at all) and maybe giving a few sattys a chance for the Main Event as well

Yea, that's what I was thinking. The main event buy-in is too much, but a $300 tourney is definitely on the horizon - if / when I become a lawyer.

It should be fun. I emailed PStars asking if they were going to run any satellites, and they said probably not, because that's the same time as the WCOOP. Speaking of which... there's another series of events I will begin taking a shot at via satellites.

I need to check and see when the Borgata Open is.... I went up for that last year and realy enjoyed it. Im pretty sure it was in September too...

I just found out that FullTilt will be running online sattys to the Borgata Open Main Event... PLUS $1,700 in expenses. Shit - I already LIVE in Jersey. LOL. That would be awesome.
