Tilt!!!!
 

Do any of you guys have any methods to stay off Tilt ?
I havent been on tilt in about a week, which was really good for me, but tonight, seirously probably the must unlucky night of poker i've ever played.
It caused me to go on tilt and a loss at a tourny i had a decent chance of winning.

How do you guys stay off tilt ?

A whole 7 days?
 

I don't mean to be harsh, but if you are tilting every week, that must be very expensive, and you simply don't have enough emotional control for this game.

nah, wut i mean by tilt is like 5 minutes, and i play low stakes, so it doesnt hurt me too bad but its still a bad habit. I got off tilt 10 minutes later and took down a 9 person tourny. I do go on a small tilt about once a week tho. But i mean small, and I'm getting better at not tilting.

What causes this, a bad beat(s)? Run of bad cards? ??

To stop it from happening, you have to know what is causing it....
