My first re-buy tourny starts in 10 minutes.
How are they played differently ?

Funny.. I was about to post almost the same thing.

Just do a search on "rebuy" - we've had a number of good threads about them in here. Pay particular attention to ChipFish's posts - he gives good rebuy advice.
