ok guys heres the scoop, im from the uk and our hand names are a little different to yours.
would we be able to start a list of hand names?

like what do you mean? 4 of a kind? royal flush? straight flush? ...again, what exactly do you mean

AA- pockets rockets
KK- cowboys
88- snowmen
K9- cainine
22- sneaky pair
QQ- ladies

10,2 (suited hearts) - doyle brunson
A,A- American Airlines

jack, king offsuite is reffered to as jacking-off

4,4 is the boats and some of my friends refer to kings as the killers cuz 2 kings always seems to lose

AA- Pocket rockets
KK- Park Rangers
QQ- Ladies In Waiting
JJ- Fish Hooks
88- Snow Men

It's funny, I've never seen QQ listed as Seigfried and Roy, even though that's what I've always called it. "4 Tits" is much, much funnier though!

but I've got a unique one.

Because I let my red beard get freakishly bushy from time to time, people at my home game have started calling me "lumberjack" or "Lumber" for short.

Pronounced more like, "Lumbahhhhh."

Anyway, my favorite hand is pocket jacks and they've become known as "Pocket Lumbah" to my buddies.
