Ignore User Option?

Is it possible to implement this in the vbulletin software? It would be great to see this: ****** YOU ARE IGNORING THIS USER ********

Yeah, sorry about this "mess" guys. Lesson learned, believe you me.

This is NOT how I want to grow this forum. We'll still have freerolls in the future, but no more minimum post requirements. Apparently all that does is trash the place. :(
