i cant sign on there

I downloaded there software a couple of months ago and was never able to connect to the server. I could never get past the connection screen with full tilt, the same as well with party poker. Its obvious its not the sites but its something wrong with my computer. But i have never had a problem with poker stars, thats is where I have been playing now for months.
