EDIT: and dogged persistence pays off. finally, i get a word back from support telling me there's been a typo in the system and all the $5 sats were incorrectly listed as turbo from the tourney lobby page. they also said all future $3/$5 sats will still be offered non-turbo too, and theyre also considering introducing the non-turbo-non-rebuy option as an extra in the future qualifying cycles. yay! just checked out the two $5 sats currently running and all the upcoming ones next week and we're good! the typos have now also been corrected as far as i can tell. whew! :D
