I'm thinking about getting on Full Tilt. I can't find any info on their site about how to procure their bonus.

What is it?
Is it hard to convert this $600?
Is there a time limit to procurement?

it is automatic when you deposit. And I think you get a few months (3?) to clear it. If you play $50NL, you should be able to clear the $600 in the time provided. At $25NL, it could be tough, depending on how much you play.

Did you have a look at TalkingPoker's bonus offer first? You should really check with him, he gives the best deals so far.

ex: 600 x 10 raked hands or something like that.

If you just playing there for the bonus, I would suggest playing elsewhere. It clears very slowly unless you are playing 3/6 LHE or 2/4 NLHE and up.
